Serviced Apartments for Daily Rent

Pelangi Mall Condominium is located on the riverbank of the Kelantan river on Jalan Post Office Lama. It is in the heart of Kota Bharu Town with convenient walking distances to the "must do and must see" locations in Kota Bharu. It is also very near the famous Pasar Siti Khatijah, shopping bazaars, museums and tourist attractions.

Each apartment unit in this condominium has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen. Units are rented out on a daily basis as serviced apartments, fully furnished, air-conditioned and with cooking facilities. The rental rate for an apartment is RM300.00 per unit per night. There are a very limited number of 4-room apartments and the rent is RM350.00 per apartment per night.

Interested parties are advised to make advanced booking so as not to be disappointed. One should first enquire for information and availability from Abdullah at telephone number 019 9800996 or email: abdulct@gmail.com. After you have been informed that apartment(s) are available on the dates you want, and you agree on the prices and the terms, you may block (book) the apartments on those dates. You do this by paying the Booking Deposits (fee) as follows.

Reservations and Booking :-
1. Deposit into a MayBank Account:-

If you are in Malaysia at the time of booking, you may pay the Booking Fee Deposit to confirm your booking. The non-refundable booking fee of RM50.00 for each night of stay may be deposited into a MayBank account that will be provided to you on request. 

If you are in any country that has the facilities to transfer funds electronically for  the payment of Booking Deposit directly to the Maybank account, you may do so.

After you have made the deposit payment successfully, please alert Abdullah by letting him know ASAP that you have made the payment so that he can confirm the booking for you. 
 

2. Payment Using Credit Card or Paypal :-
If you are outside of Malaysia, you may pay the Booking Deposit by using Credit Card or Paypal from the side bar on top left of this website. Paypal Credit Card online payment is a secure mode of online transaction. The amounts quoted in USD (after rounding up) are amounts you would have paid in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) at the exchange rate of 1 USD = RM3.24, the exchange rate on May 20th, 2010 when this website posting was rewritten.

To make a deposit please choose the correct amount from the "drop down" menu on the upper left-hand side  of this website and then click the button "BUY NOW". Follow the instructions given after that.


After you have successfully made the deposit payment, please alert Abdullah (PakLah) by letting him know ASAP by phone or email, that you have made the payment so that he can check the appropriate account statements and confirm the booking for you.

Pelangi Mall Condominium is easily accessable on Jalan Post Office Lama in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, Malaysia. This interactive map can help you find Kondominium Pelangi Mall. The map can be resized according to your needs. It can be viewed in diferent modes such as "map" mode, "sattelite" mode, or the "Hybrid" of the two modes. You may move it up or down, right or left.


There two ways or getting to the condominium:- (1) To go to the Pelangi Mall Condominium, you first need to take Jalan Sultanah Zainab northwards. Take a left turn on Jalan Che Su, then take the natural turn to the right (curve to the right) on Jalan Post Office Lama. Driving on you will pass first the Grand Riverview Hotel on your left. Driving a few more meters, look on your left for the signboard showing the location of the Pelangi Mall Building. Find a suitable parking bay in the area, or find a parking space in the building for parking adjacent to the Pelangi Mall building.


(2) A second way is to drive on Jalan Temenggong northwards in Kota Bharu. Drive on until you pass the Hotel Temenggong on your right, go past the traffic light until the end of the road where you will have to turn left on Jalan Hulu Kota, and then a little further it joins the Jalan Tengku Besar. On jalan Tengku Besar you will see Padang Merdeka on your right, which is a small open field. Drive on until you see a signboard that says Hotel Ridai. Drive under the Hotel Ridai signboard through onto the parking lot on the river bank, turn left until you find a parking space or in a building for parking ahead of you. Park there, and you can walk to the Pelangi Mall condominium. Guests may later park at the roofed parking-structure adjacent to the codominium building.
